Cast Metal Letters
Used extensively and to perfection by the Romans, cast bronze letters and numbers will last indefinitely
in any outside environment.
Letters are cast in bronze or aluminium
Phoenix can reproduce almost any font in sizes from 20mm to over 1,000mm high. A range of finishes
can be applied from stoved enamel to natural patina. The combination of natural cast surfaces &
linished faces provides exceptional legibility & a prestigious appearance.
Letters can be supplied in 2 face designs
Flat Face
Recessed Face
Letters up to 75mm high have flat backs & are usually fixed with adhesive but can have fixing pins on request.
Letters over 75mm high have drilled & tapped holes into which (supplied) threaded studs are fitted. This
provides for a secure & vandal resistant fitting method. Larger sizes of lettering are supplied with a hollow
back to reduce mass.
To ensure letters are installed with correct spacing and alignments, Phoenix will supply a paper
template to locate fixing holes.
