Cremation Book Plaques
Phoenix book plaques are bronze memorials for partners in the form of a book which cater for any time
difference between the passing of each partner.
The Phoenix Cremation Book Plaque system is smaller in size and suitable for non-burial situations such
as Niche Walls and Gardens.
> The system consists of a left hand page, a right hand page and a book mark.
> Overall size is 275mm x 135mm. Each page is 135mm x 100mm.
At the time of the first interment, a blank second page will be supplied. When the second interment
occurs, a second page with inscription is ordered and this replaces the original blank page.
> The book mark locks the 2 pages together. The whole assembly is fixed to the base
structure usually by gluing.
Book plaques can be ordered with any appropriate fixing system.
