Book Plaque Replaceable Pages
Phoenix book plaques are bronze memorials for partners in the form of a book which cater for any
time difference between the passing of each partner.
These plaques consist of a base and two pages fixed to the base with colour matching screws.
> First Interment
At the first interment, the base is supplied with the left hand page containing the inscription fitted. At
this time a blank right hand page can be supplied to balance the plaque appearance. A further
possibility is for the right hand page to contain a motif.
> Second Interment
At the second interment, a right hand page is ordered with the inscription for the second partner. If a
right hand page had been fitted with the original plaque, this will be removed and replaced with the
new right hand page.
Replaceable Page Book Plaques are available in the following sizes: 380 x 215mm, 380 x 280mm and
560 x 300mm.
Design options available are: Background Colour, Motifs, Potraits and Inscription variations.
