Sculptured Book Plaques
Phoenix book plaques are bronze memorials for partners in the form of a book which cater for any
time difference between the passing of each partner.
> The Sculptured Book plaque is 560mm wide x 320mm high.
> The system consists of a high profile base with two options for pages.
TWO SINGLE PAGES WITHOUT BOOKMARK
> First Interment
At the first interment, the base is supplied with the left hand page containing the inscription fitted. At
this time a blank right hand page can be supplied to balance the plaque appearance. A further
possibility is for the right hand page to contain a motif.
> Second Interment
At the second interment, a right hand page is ordered with the inscription for the second partner. If a
right hand page had been fitted with the original plaque, this will be removed and replaced with the
new right hand page.
DOUBLE PAGE WITH BOOKMARK
With this option, all design elements are incorporated on a one piece double page
incorporating a raised linished bookmark.
> First Interment
The base and double page are ordered. The page will normally have an inscription on one side of the
bookmark and be left blank on the other side.
> Second Interment
At this time a new double page is ordered with the original inscription together with the new
inscription for the second partner.
